These terms apply to detailing, valeting, paint correction, ceramic coating, powder coating, sandblasting, wheel refurbishment and tyre work carried out by WK Detailing at Unit 3A, Langley Farm Industrial Estate, Birmingham Rd, Bishopton, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 0RN. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. The final price depends on the size and condition of the vehicle or item and the work required. We confirm the price with you before any work begins. If we find something during the job that would change the price or the result – for example heavier contamination or damage that wasn't visible in photos – we'll speak to you before carrying on.

Before you drop off

Please remove valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle. Let us know about any known issues such as previous resprays, loose trim, warning lights or damage, and anything we should avoid. We may note and photograph the condition of the vehicle or item when it arrives.

Results and limitations

We'll always tell you honestly what we expect to achieve. Some defects can be improved but not completely removed – for example scratches through the clear coat, stone chips, permanent stains or corrosion that has damaged the metal. Paint correction removes a small amount of clear coat, and we use the least aggressive method that gets the result.

For wheel repairs and welding, we assess each wheel individually. If we believe a wheel is not safe to repair, we won't repair or refit it.

Collection

We'll let you know when your vehicle or item is ready. Please check the finished work when you collect it and point out anything you're not happy with there and then, so we can put it right.

If something goes wrong

If you're not happy with the work, tell us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to put it right. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
